Please note that we do not ship fresh cut flowers outside of our community. For all other products found on this site, we ship nationwide. We use the Courier Guy for all our parcels that get delivered within SA. You can select your shipping method at checkout.

We aim to get orders shipped in the following 2-3 days, however we are a small team so ask you to please give us a grace period of 10 -12 days. If you need a delivery sooner than standard shipping time, please let us know as soon as possible so appropriate arrangements can be made (please note that this may incur a higher delivery fee).
It is your responsibility to correctly capture your shipping address at checkout. We will not be held responsible for incorrect or missing information, and this will incur additional costs at your own expense to rectify this problem.

Any shipping delays will be communicated with you should they arise. Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.

Please also note that certain items you select have got a longer delay due to being handmade with lots of love, and as such may extend the waiting period. Please check the product details for more information on that.

In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost, we recommend first checking with your local postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. If the package cannot be located after this step, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email info@tantallonflowerfarm.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.

If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us right away so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
